Withdrawal Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, for example by email:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Special provisions for digital content and instant downloads

Our presets and other downloadable files are digital content supplied without a tangible medium. Once payment has been confirmed, the files are made available for download.

Your right of withdrawal expires before the end of the fourteen-day withdrawal period once we have begun performance of the contract, provided that you have expressly agreed that we may begin supplying the digital content before the withdrawal period has expired and you have acknowledged that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins. You will receive confirmation of this agreement on a durable medium, for example by email.

Once the right of withdrawal has validly expired, instant downloads cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled. Please contact us if you experience technical problems with your order or download.
