Terms of service for digital products

1. About these terms and contact

These terms apply to purchases of digital products through the CanterCanvas online store. You can contact CanterCanvas at Alte Dorfstr. 15, 15913 Märkische Heide, Germany.

2. Digital products and compatibility

CanterCanvas sells downloadable photo-editing presets and accompanying materials. No physical product is shipped. The relevant product description explains what is included and which applications and file formats are supported. Adobe software and any required Adobe subscription are not included in the purchase.

Presets provide a starting point for editing. The result depends on the original photograph, lighting and camera settings; adjustments such as exposure and white balance may be needed. This does not limit the characteristics or functionality agreed in the product description, or your statutory rights.

3. Placing an order

Before placing an order, you can review and correct the selected products and the information entered at checkout. By using the final payment button, you submit a binding order for the products shown in the order summary. We accept the order by sending an express confirmation of acceptance or by making the purchased files available for download. A message that only acknowledges receipt of the order does not by itself constitute acceptance.

4. Prices and payment

The applicable currency, total price and any applicable taxes are displayed before you place your order. There are no physical shipping charges for our digital products. Purchases are one-time payments to CanterCanvas, not subscriptions to CanterCanvas. The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout.

5. Receiving your download

Once payment has been confirmed, the purchased files or download links are provided digitally. Please enter an email address you can access and check your order email and spam folder. If a download is missing or does not work, contact us with your order number so we can help.

6. Use of the files

Your purchase provides access to the digital files described in the product offer. Any product-specific licence terms must be made available before purchase. The purchase does not transfer ownership of copyright in the preset files, instructions or example photographs. You must have the necessary rights to photographs you edit.

7. Withdrawal, refunds and statutory rights

Please read our withdrawal and refund policy. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, immediate delivery of digital content does not remove that right automatically: the applicable requirements for consent, acknowledgement and confirmation must be met.

These terms do not restrict your mandatory consumer rights, including your statutory rights if digital content is defective, does not match the agreed description or is not supplied. Contact us if you experience a problem with your order or files.

8. Questions and support

Please use our contact form for questions about orders, downloads or installation. Including the product name, application and version you use will help us understand the issue. Do not send payment-card details or passwords.
